General registration is now open. Clink on one of the links below to be redirected to our conference registration site, where you can pay for your registration via credit card.

The following conference registration options are available:

Student Registrations
Conference badges will be labeled as "student registration". Please be prepared to present proof of full-time enrollment (such as a valid student ID or fee statement).
Travel Visas
Participants requiring visa letters may use the online request form to submit a letter request.
Alternately, you can send an email to info@openrepositories.org with a subject line “visa letter request”.
Visa letters will only be issued to:
- Speakers/Presenters
- Committee Members
- Attendees who have paid their registration fee in full
Visa letters will state only the following facts:
- Conference title, dates, and location
- That the requester has paid the required registration fee in full
- If they are either a committee member, speaker or presenter
